2008 vintage is made from grapes purchased from the Lodi region in California.   The wine was aged for 9 months in our Passive Micro-Organization tank.

Bill says, “These grapes may have been born in California but travelled to Texas where they were fermented and aged to make a great wine.”  It is lightly oaked with French Oak planks.
