The 2007 vintage is truly an American Family reunion.  There is 55 gallons of California Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend of Texas Cabernet Sauvignon and Texas Malbec, Petite Syrah and Merlot.

 

It is a very smooth wine that was aged in French and American Oak for 11 months.
